By accessing or using the Zavestro platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.
2. Definitions
- "Platform" means the Zavestro website, mobile applications, and all associated services operated by AniDeep Labs.
- "User" means any individual or entity who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity.
- "Services" means custom tailoring, design marketplace, fabric selling, and all related services made available through the Platform.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to the following:
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Each individual is permitted only one account on the Platform.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Services Description
Zavestro is a made-to-order clothing brand operated by AniDeep Labs. We design the catalog, source the fabric, manage our stitching hubs, and control quality end-to-end. Key aspects of our service include:
- We directly provide tailoring services through our own stitching hubs — we are not a marketplace or aggregator.
- Quality is ensured through our rigorous verification and onboarding process for all artisans.
- We provide AI-powered measurement technology to assist in accurate garment creation.
- All artisans on the platform are vetted and approved by our quality assurance team.
5. Orders & Payments
All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms:
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is processed securely through our trusted payment processing partners.
- Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment processing.
Refund Policy
- Full refund: If the order has not yet been started by the artisan.
- Partial refund: Based on the stage of completion, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- No refund: Once the garment has been completed and delivered, unless covered by our quality guarantee.
6. Custom Garments
Custom garments are crafted specifically to your measurements and design specifications. Please note:
- Custom orders are made-to-order based on your exact specifications and cannot be returned simply due to change of mind.
- Minor variations in handcrafted items are inherent to artisanal work and are considered a mark of authenticity, not a defect.
- Our lifetime alterations policy covers fit adjustments to ensure your garment continues to fit perfectly over time.
- Fabric colors may vary slightly from digital representations due to screen settings and photography lighting.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights on the Platform are protected:
- All designs, patterns, and creative works displayed on the Platform are owned by their respective designers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any designs without explicit written permission from the designer.
- The Zavestro name, logo, and branding are trademarks of AniDeep Labs and may not be used without prior authorization.
8. Privacy
Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described therein. We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.
9. Limitation of Liability
Please be aware of the following limitations:
- Zavestro directly controls the stitching and quality of all garments through its own production hubs.
- We provide quality assurance through our verification process but are not liable for individual craftsmanship beyond our stated guarantee.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, AniDeep Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
